Bidra med feedbackThis place was a tasty discovery. We ate some excellent pizzas with top quality ingredients. Laia requested was a pizza revisited with porcini, buffalo, cooked ham and mozzarella stuffed edge. The other pizza was an overhanging with 5 slices of mortadella, a lot of mozzarella, pesto and pistachio granella and a burrata. Given the goodness, I recommend it to everyone.
The price of the pinsa was very high compared to the average and compared to the proposed pizzas. That the lady increased the price just to welcome me? In any case experience I think I don't repeat.
We stayed at this place because unfortunately it was one of the few that still had free tables. We welcome at 20:45 and immediately order a hot starter to divide, 2 pizzas and drink. We get immediately to drink and after 5 minutes the hot starter of a dozen quality to take with the pliers for spaghetti, making the uneasy exposure. Next to us sit a table of 10 commensali, order and after 10 minutes start receiving pizzas. Then we ask the first waitress to what point our pizzas were, but he answers us with a stable and incomprehensible Italian. We wait further and ask another maid who tells us that pizzas are in the oven. After 20 minutes, without receiving the pizzas we make a further pickle and we are answered again that the pizzas are in the oven. At 21:45 we go inside to ask for information and find out that our pizzas had yet to be baked. We ask the bill to leave and go to dinner in a serious place and the tizia sitting at the chest instead of apologising for the disservice, with making extremely arrogant tells us that having consumed an appetizer divided into two, we had already eaten something so the wait was justified and makes us pay also the cover for a pizza that we did not even consume! Never again! Shameful service and employees, especially at the cash register, really disrespectful.
I didn't write a negative review for years, but this time I felt the duty to do so. The 4 pizzas we took were all scaled down, with very few ingredients and rushed cooked. In my pizza the raw ham was grayed, as oxidized and not by cooking. I drank all night and digested like I was lactose intolerant. Of course you get cold and late. Really, everything to be halved (and it will be the fourth time that the pizzas bare to reach sufficiency).
