Chili's - Baldwin Place

I haven't visited this restaurant in a couple of years. I went around 6pm on November 26, 2022. The restaurant was busy, and we were informed of a 30-minute wait. However, we were seated after only 15 minutes. The service was the quickest and best it has been in years. The food quality was good, and the waitstaff were all friendly and attentive.

The food was good at best. The service and atmosphere was mediocre at best. Only one person waiting a whole section (which looked like a total of 13 tables but only 5 parties at the time). The person was going back forth between all parties. Also,my party was the least interacted one with. Other than that, it was an okay location.

The staff at this restaurant is excellent – very accommodating and friendly. The value for the money is great and the food is delicious.

Having previously worked in the restaurant industry at Chili's, it is frustrating when I consistently order the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and they always forget to include the ancho ranch sauce. As someone familiar with the menu and its signature sauces, I know that the ancho ranch is supposed to be a key component of this dish. Despite repeatedly requesting it in my orders, they consistently only provide the regular ranch and pico de gallo. If they are unable to properly serve the dish as it is supposed to be, perhaps they should consider removing it from the menu. It is not difficult to add one sauce, and I am tired of always having to remind them.

I havent been to Chili's in a while, i was pleasantly surprised! My waitress was a very nice and professional with a great attitude and keen eye for detail. She refilled my soda and literally as i was taking my last sip it was in my hand. The food wasamazing and i couldnt believe how amazing the prices were. Im going to be going there again and bringing the family!
