Bidra med feedbackI love their Mexican bread and gelatinas. I've been going there for a while, and the staff is always fast and helpful.
I highly recommend this place! The bread is fantastic, and the tamales are equally delicious and always freshly made. If you go at 5:00 AM, everything is hot and ready.
I really enjoy the tamales; they're very moist and flavorful. All the hot food tastes like home-cooked meals. The tortas are great for a quick lunch pick-me-up, and the oatmeal in a cup is delicious. My husband loves the Mexican bread. I've been a customer since they first opened, and the co-owner, Sol, is a lovely lady. Believe it or not, they used to have the best beans I've ever tasted. A few things to note: they only accept cash, and their coffee is cinnamon-flavored. I prefer cream over milk in my coffee, but overall, I highly recommend Díaz Bakery.
Diaz Bakery is a Mom&Pop small business. The business is well known for its Tamales. The food is good and the prices are reasonable inexpensive. Come prepared to wait times as sometimes the place gets very busy. Parking is very tight.
There was more flies than I can count. Told the owner, they said go somewhere else. So I went to Porto's.
