Smith Donuts - Balch Springs

This was our go to place for donuts, but the last time i went i got charged double. I ended up paying $32 for a dozen donuts, they changed the amount after the transaction was done pending, so I had no idea. I went back to try to talk to the lady who works there but she stated that they never charged me and called me a liar. She kept interrupting me and saying i was in the wrong. I had to file a complaint with my card company and am waiting to try to get a refund for the amount that was charged since they have no records of my transaction. I will not be going back. We were customers here for over 3 years and it was so sad to hear her say she didn't know who we were but knew her other customers. Broke my kids heart but that's alright. Just be sure to check your transactions.

If I can get more than five stars I would. the donuts early So Fresh So Soft just perfection. in all the workers are super friendly with a smile on their face it's just a great little donut shop.

Cool shop, they fill your donuts upon request. Satisfied my craving for jelly donuts! Yay, and the guy working was super nice! Will be back!

Pi poor service and prices. Open late, never have a decent selection!!!! Donuts Too Small for what They charge!!!! I would not recommend this place!!!!
