Smith Donuts - Balch Springs

This used to be our favorite spot for donuts, but my last visit was frustrating. I was charged double, ending up paying $32 for a dozen donuts. The amount changed after the transaction was completed, so I was completely unaware. When I returned to speak with the woman who works there, she claimed they had never charged me and accused me of lying. She repeatedly interrupted me and insisted I was mistaken. I ended up having to file a complaint with my credit card company and am currently waiting for a refund since they have no record of my transaction. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. We had been loyal customers for over three years, and it was disheartening to hear her say she didn't recognize us while knowing her other customers. It really upset my kids, but we’ll move on. Just make sure to double-check your transactions.

Great place! They fill your donuts on request, which really hit the spot for my jelly donut craving. Plus, the staff member was incredibly friendly! I'll definitely be returning!

Pi poor service and prices. Open late, never have a decent selection!!!! Donuts Too Small for what They charge!!!! I would not recommend this place!!!!

I’ve tried this place twice now in both times I’ve received what taste like this old donuts. Wouldn’t recommend

First time here and the donuts are so good. I bought the strawberry glazed ones. They were delicious
