Pizza Hut Express - Bala Cynwyd

The worst Taco Bell ever, basic food you order cannot be properly made it's like so ridiculous when you go in after midnight obviously because you need to get something into your stomach and you place the order and number #1 it's mediocre. For instance tonight I ordered something simple like a nacho bell grande and literally filled to the broom with chips with a squirt of sour cream, a squirt of a cheese and sprinkles of taco meat. Are you serious! Yes I'm taking this back, and getting my money!!! I would've been better off buying a bag of Doritos. When I returned guess what, the manager didn't say anything, didn't ask ask me why I was returning my food and she didn't check it because she knew and that's a shame! At least she could have done was actually asked if I want my food remade I didn't but I think as a common courtesy you should ask I'm never returning it is five minutes from my house and was convenient. I'm tired of getting mediocre food for Money and this wasn't the fort at this location but it's the LAST!!!!

I'm so disappointed our Nachos were stale tasted terrible they didn't send my burrito's and the Tacos were mushy

Visited this Taco Bell many time and would generally rate it about 3 stars. Tonight if I could give 0 stars I would. I pulled into the drive through line at about 10 pm on a Saturday night, waited in a stand still line for about 10 minutes before giving my order. When I arriived to the window I was given the wrong drink, I nicely told the employee it wasn't what I ordered (I could tell just by looking at it) she then gave me the wrong drink again and I told her what I ordered. She slammed the window and her and another employee rudely pointed and laughed at me. I didn't know poor customer service and being rude was funny but to each their own. When I got home, in addition my food order was WRONG. One star.

Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Ask for it. Order it. Yes, if you are in the mood for Grade D meat, this is the place to be. Most of the food is so low in nutritional value, but if you are looking to eat healthy (you should not be here, then), then try the Steak Enchirito or Bean Burrito (Items Under 10 Grams of Fat).

Have started visiting this Taco Bell (via drive thru the last couple of weeks (also for Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas , and the staff has been so friendly, I just had to do a review so that I can give them a shoutout and a huge Thank You! :
