El Pollo Loco - Bakersfield

We used our vouchers from the post and I can't complain. fast, simple, tasty and not as terrible as other almost foods. I was very fast away and the staff was so nice.

Terrible! they made my order wrong and when I went back to fix it. they didn't even apologize. in fact they acted as if they had done me a favor by correcting mistakes. very unprofessional.

We were coming home from vacation and stopped at this pollo loco because we like their double chicken salad. Do not go, I got food poisoning. At first I didn't think that I got sick from the food, but only I got sick and my husband is not, he just happened not to be hungry and only had a bean cheese child burrito. When I ate the chicken, it didn't taste bad but was super chewy, like it was under cooked, I ate some but I threw out the rest. Nobody else is sick in the family but myself and this was the only thing that I ate and no one else did. I would give it zero stars. I should have read the reviews before I had eaten here.

Never disappoints. I love how El Pollo Loco marinates or seasons their chicken. ?

Count your chicken in the drive through have been shorted, had to drive all the way across town, got the chicken but not even an apology. Food is quality but service is poor management wise.
