Bidra med feedbackI enjoyed the light, crispy, perfectly seasoned shrimps. You're one of the best I've tried in Baton Rouge. Go on.
Have been going there for years and food is always freshly made and delicious. Actually can’t eat all of the FF’s because they give you so many. Apple fritters are out of this world. More people should know about them because it’s hard to know from the donut sign what other great food that they have. I even went during the flood when they had no power, expecting the food to be soggy but was crisp and great. Please go and help a local small business.
First time visitor for lunch and I must say I was impressed..Teriyaki wings and shrimp fried rice was so flavorful..will definitely visit again
As for the fried rice, it's fascinating how each place has its unique twist on shrimp fried rice. Here, it was light and flavorful without being greasy. As for the donuts, they didn't even make it out the door; they were so good that I couldn't resist finishing them right away. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew this would be one of my favorite restaurants. The staff exuded a humble and sweet demeanor, adding to the overall pleasant experience. However, I was really disappointed to learn that they don’t open on holidays. It’s such a shame because they are in a prime location for truckers, and having consistent hours year-round would be a huge benefit. While other chains like Wendy’s remain open, it would be wonderful if Manganese could do the same. I believe that if we all show our support and love, we can encourage them to stay open during all seasons. Our truck drivers, who often lack access to home-cooked meals, would greatly appreciate having this gem as a reliable dining option.
The donuts here are tasty, but the options haven't changed much. While they do lean towards the pricey side for both donuts and lunch, the atmosphere is quite comfortable.
