After dining at Bite House, I am filled with love for the food they serve. This charming restaurant offers an intimate dining experience that should not be overlooked. The use of fresh, seasonal ingredients left me craving more long after our meal. Bryan's talent for combining flavors into a flawless harmony deserves more than five stars, but unfortunately Trip Advisor limits me to this.

Located in a quiet valley off the main road, this quaint old farmhouse is now the residence of one of the finest chefs in the country, in my opinion. The atmosphere exudes genuine East Coast hospitality, with dishes that take you on a culinary adventure using locally sourced ingredients prepared with love. You can inquire about the origins of the food and discover that it is either harvested from the backyard, sourced from a nearby farm, or freshly caught by the chef's father in the morning. This family-run establishment is definitely worth a visit and is a must-try if you are in Nova Scotia, particularly Cape Breton.
