Bidra med feedbackDuring our second stay at Hotel Forellenhof we had dinner again. Nice restaurant with German food. Small selection of wines, but very affordable. Service is very friendly. If the weather allows, use the beautiful outdoor area.
Visits during the stay in Forellenhof; excellent dinner for two; Choice was nice; shared Platter Starter was very good; good price and relaxed inviting service recommended.
This restaurant is just a few minutes' walk from Hotel Forellenhof. It is a beautiful restaurant with typical German dishes. We had the "Wiener Schnitzel" and it was very delicious. The prices of food and wines (bottles) are good and reasonable. Not very busy... when we visited this place, so probably no need to make a reservation.
A pfifferling cream soup with an early lance. the latter I was looking for in vain! first consisted of about 10 lukewarm eating spoons, tastefully reduced to the poorest with a whole buckling pfifferlingen in it. also lukewarm and these tasted like softened dry mass...but never fresh. to demand €6.50 limit to an absolute cheekyness. before, there was a gruß of the kitchen consisting of 2 baguett slices, one of which was absolutely dry and one mass that should probably be crumbled. at the 6,50€ suppe there was no other old brot, but: nothing at all. will certainly not go there again. a pity because you can sit there nicely and the staff made an effort to impress.
Unfortunately, the service offered does not come with the great furnishing style in the hotel of the same name.Running time at 22:00 clock, probably due to a cure, personal still has to work on the tuning. pay with credit card was unfortunately not feasible at my visit, is likely to happen more often. For eating there is also no full score, the calf carving was a bit twitty.
