Bidra med feedbackIf you visit a restaurant in the eastern federal states, unfortunately, you get less and less regional barbers, because the small breweries cannot support restaurants particularly well and the few large breweries can divide the market among themselves. In the area of Saxony Thüringen, the Bitburg brewing group has become strong after the traditional breweries Wernesgrüner and Köstritzer have migrated into their portfolio. Nevertheless, these two are of course important employers and not little money has been invested in both locations in Saxony and Thuringia. We are always happy to receive at least one of these beers as regional specialties in the restaurant fresh from the barrel. If the golden yellow (or optionally dirty dark ; hops malt mixed water from the production cities Bad Köstritz runs out of the tap, we also access. Now what has been delivered from the brewery since 1543, probably newer origins and, of course, brewed and filled with new technology. Thus, it will no longer be beer, which, after tradition, has already taken Johann Wolfgang von Goethe and is supposed to have been his main food. In many restaurants, the black comes out with the blonde soul from the ****, but not a few have also or just hang the Kostritzer Edelpils on the tap. We take both and for a few weeks and still very, very isolated also the cellar beer, which was re-opened last year and has been driping out of the barrel and for a few months is also available in the bottle. Now tastes are different and everyone has so its direction, The Edel Pils from Köstritz is rather a mild spicy, slightly tapped Pils, with a beautiful and quite long crown and can best be compared with Warsteiner. At least it tastes us, but whoever prefers to drink a rich beer will not be so enthusiastic. The black self-use as a market leader and the federal market is probably not described. It is and remains the most popular black beer in Germany, which is perhaps due to the fact that for a long time in the East there was only as a piece of goods because the production was moved to the west! Now we have it back and are proud of it; It is a slightly sweet beer with a light bitter note, a beautiful foam crown and sturdy who wants to taste it, should get it in every well-stocked beverage market The latest extinguishing agent also comes with a beautiful foam crown and due to the lack of filtration it is quite cloudy, but also with an increased alcohol content of 5.4%vol alcohol. It is again very spicy and has a slightly bitter taste. All in all, it is very drinkable and inexpensive with the black beer. Whether this tasty product is already on the west, I can't say, but I'm tired of getting it here; PS: And who should be close, he can be on the spot on the Köstritzer Black Market ...
Yelp, again, youre really testing my patience. Ive been drinking Kostritzer for years and am a perfectly legitimate customer of their products. Yet again you say I write a review that does not consist of a firsthand experience? WTF! We wanted to let you know that we've removed your review of Köstritzer Schwarz bierbrauerei. Our Support team has determined that it falls outside our Content Guidelines [hidden link] because it lacks a firsthand customer experience. We hope you will continue to participate on Yelp, while keeping in mind our Content Guidelines. Entfernter Inhalt: It is no secret that Im picky with my beer. Generally if I can see through it, I'm not drinking it. Even though my initial education of the beverage was through a German microbrewery, I somehow ended up as a stout drinker. But the German's do make Schwarzbier which is a damn great alternative to my stout ways. Kostritzer on draught is some damn tasty stuff. Hail to the beer that absorbs the light of day
