Mcdonald's - Bacliff

I arrived around 4pm and ordered some fries for my little sister. The woman at the register was extremely nice, but unfortunately the (no offense) gay man was extremely rude. He gave me attitude and looked at me weird. Last time I checked, you choose to work there, so don't take it out on me. I will not be coming back. The food was average, with a rating of 3. The service was poor, with a rating of 1, as was the atmosphere, also rating a 1.

The food at this restaurant is typical of McDonalds. The service and atmosphere could use some improvement. The staff is polite, but they seem like they are not completely engaged and would rather be elsewhere. Every time I pick up my order, there is usually someone asking to speak to the manager or complaining about the staff to anyone who will listen. The staff could benefit from improving their soft skills, as being polite is much more effective when accompanied by a smile. I only receive a smile from the staff if I make an effort to engage with them. It shouldn't be necessary for customers to have to work for basic politeness.
