Me, man and our 1 year old baby. As this is rated, a 4-star hotel is beyond me. Our room has a carpet covered with stains and dust. It was literally not overtaken. Long time. I didn't know how dirty it was until our baby crawled over it and had black feet and hands after it. In particular, skirting boards are dirty and obviously have not long honed. The thick dust came out when you wiped his finger. Room even melts heavily from dust and Grimm when you enter. I thought about using her hoover so I could clean the floors myself, but decided that would probably be a bit too much. It's loud here. Door to room flaps when someone in the hall closes a door. Husband wedged paper under the door to stop it, but it is still advised. Air venting in the room always makes crisp noises. The constant sound of music coming from everywhere and people. Sounds like you're outside a loud bar. Very loud refrigerator in the room, we had to get rid of it. Dirty towel. Dirty waterglass here. Dirty shower. Dead mosquitoes lined on the wall. Some fake eyelashes are under the bathroom. I feel like I'm in a student room where parties run and everybody smokes. Cigarettes spray everywhere and in the corridor while we open the door from our room. Had the reception over the problems and asked for another room. She was apologetic, but the only other room was the Shabby Chic room at the villa next door. Anyway, it stank of mold. They could see mold and moisture in the corner of the room next to the bed. The smell was so strong. I have no idea how guests can stay there without going to the mold problem. Anyway, we decided to stay at our original room as the receptionist asked us to pay before we saw the room (ha! and it was late, we couldn't go out and find another hotel. Decided to enjoy some beer in the restaurant and try with it. It was so loud in the restaurant that we were sitting outside to eat. The food took age and was cold when it was. Our baby lost patience with the long waiting period and it made things even less pleasant than we had to hurry our meal. We had a great week on vacation, but this hotel really ruined the last day. If you choose this hotel for some reason, please see the room before you pay.

Very friendly place with delicacies. Fast service and good prices too. I'll be back. Food lasted under 40 minutes. Rustic type of food, but very tasty. Enough parking and clean bathroom. All in all a good experience. Oh, let's not forget the beer. You have very good craft beer. Try it.

A friend recommended this place and when I arrived at the restaurant, everything looked amazing (great building, nicely renovated), very good looking and tasty meals and beer brewed in-house. Unfortunately when it comes to service, things gone sideways. Although the order was taken relatively fast and the food arrived shortly, one of the meals was wrong (Beef burger instead of beef salad). Mistakes happen everywhere so this could have been a minor issue, but instead of changing the plate, the waitress came back with the same burger and insisted that she couldn't be wrong and the burger is delicious, so we should still take it. After refusing, she kept standing there with the plate in front of us, waiting for us to change our mind. Because of this, our experience was average, at most, and it's unfortunate that the service might break this great place.

Food and service are good, but people with reduced mobility will fight here. The restaurant is beautiful and there are many levels, and there is the problem. There are no ramps or simple steps. We did not see reserved parking spaces for restricted mobility cartridges. The food was tasteful and the presentation was great. The service was good, but not great. Our server was friendly but not attentive. The food was served, but no one came to see if we needed anything or wanted something else. We had to hunt the server to get our check.
