Bidra med feedbackI found a hair in my pizza. At first, I thought it was just on top, so I tried to remove it, but when I pulled it, I realized it was baked into the crust! I took it back to the counter, but they didn’t even apologize. I waited there for about five minutes before asking what the hold-up was. The man behind the counter said it would take nine minutes to prepare a new pizza. I was so disgusted that I just asked for a refund. I will never go back again.
The staff at this restaurant seems to have difficulty understanding what you say, and I feel like they overcharge customers. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to cost $17, but I was charged $27 instead. When I asked to speak to the manager, they wouldn't allow it.
I ordered from Domino's on July 2nd, but my pizza never arrived. When I called, they claimed they were closed even though they had 30 minutes left until closing time. They told me to call back the next day for a refund. It's now been almost three weeks, and I've called every day, but they always say they'll get back to me later or tomorrow. The manager insists that I have been refunded, but I still haven't received my money or any compensation. I don’t understand why they are holding onto my money when I never received the product.

The customer service republic was nice enough to let me know that the price difference has a real Hawaiian pizza and a pizza with ham and pineapple brewed. huge difference. Thank you!
