Papa Johns Pizza - Ayr

Hit and miss sometimes it is super piping hot pizzas and sides with a good amount of toppings and delivered fast. other time delivery is late, eating is lukewarm and they skip on the beats or pour the cheese up so that they steamed soggy pfefferoni. chocolate leaves are delicious when made right, but they usually sprinkle on the chocolate sauce and do not make the money worth. must maintain resistance.

Liars, if I could get away giving no stars I would! Been told for an hour and a half late delivery wait that the order was with the delivery driver but they couldn't phone him because he had no phone to check where he was up to. It had been in his car for the last half hour apparently. Two hungry kids and a load of toast later we managed to feed them, question is will the refund arrive anytime quicker than the pizza? The pizza never did arrive, wonder how the delivery driver knew that the order was cancelled if he had no phone

Absolutely shocking communication skills. Chapped the door and left it on the step without someone answering the door then costumer service is very poor when phoning to ask where is was. Never getting for papa John ayr again.

Tried to order online website not working Tried to phone no answer Go into store to order card machine not working and no cash payments. Great way to get business I don't think

Sadly I can’t give less than 1 star..... Despite having pre-booked delivery slots, they were over 45minutes late. The order was wrong and when I phoned up to get things corrected the member of staff was less than helpful. Instead of simply organising a replacement order and getting it delivered, the staff were persistent and adamant I had to attend the store. Leaving my own food to go cold and having to mix with folk during social distancing measures. After 15 odd minutes of hassle back and forth they finally conceded to delivering a new order. Which again was still wrong.
