Cave Aymon Dominique Le Carnotzet

My wife and I have booked a wine tasting through the local tourism office in the frame of the anzere liberty summer activity pass initiative. dominique was a nice host and encouraged us to taste many of his local wines. his weinberg is located in signese on the south facing the pist of the Rhone valley directly under anzere and directly towards the bisse de claveau. his cave is in the village and he leads le carnotzet to present his weine. we drink fendantly often in the Swiss and wanted to taste some other local wines. we have tried johannisberg and chardonnay from the white, pinot noir, merlot and diolinoir (which was excellent) from the red and dole blanche, a beautiful dry rosen wine. dominique explained the best temperatures to serve every wein and also served some dried meat and roggenbrot to add the weine. a very pleasant experience. there was no pressure to buy any wine, but we bought a bottle of rose and a bottle of diolinoir that we enjoyed later during the rest of our holiday in anzere.

Der Besuch lohnt sich alleweil. Sympathische Gastgeber und eine schöne Auswahl an eigenen Weinen. Qualitativ perfekte Produkte. Sehr guter Weinproduzent, der seit vielen Jahren gute Qualität produziert.

We visited drinks on Friday night before dinner and enjoyed a beautiful bottle of Swiss wine. good selection of local wines and cheap. we will return at our next visit.

This bar is so friendly, we went once and returned the next two nights! they are only open from Thursday to Saturday. the wine is served in the region of the man made and he and his wife also lead the bar. The...wine was fantastic, and we took a few crates to the house! there is a great atmosphere here, the perfect place for a glass wee before dinner, and really good value too!

Tous les vins sont excellents, j'adore particulièrement le Merlot! Les planchettes valaisannes sont faites avec des produits du terroir et le service est toujours chaleureux!
