Filiberto’s Mexican Food - Avondale

It's sad, just today I got a chicken nugget kids meal. All the chicken is undercooked. My kid ate 3 nuggets, as a restaurant you should know better.

Ok, here I am again, and I'm impressed, Bernice is outside taking our order, wow, now this is Customer Service. Friday night, at 11:15 pm, they know we Hungey lol It's good, bean burrito, enchilada style and a California burrito, No Pico, lol Mark C. don't like onions. Once again, great service ???? Bernice is awesome, give her a raise ????

I know they had just opened the restaurant. But still it's one of the cleanest filibertos I've ever seen The food is also very delicious they never mess up on your order Keep up the good work guys from all truck drivers in the area thank you

Literally walked in to just get two orders of 3 rolled tacos w/cheese and I waited about 15 minutes, while I saw people in the drive thru handed their full meals. Side note: cheese was nearly cold and not melted?Think I prefer the knockoff ?bertos.

Somebody has to do something at this location.. every time I come, drive-thru takes forever.. I place my order, and by the time I get to the window is about 15- 20 minutes. I?m sure by then the food gets soggy.. I mean come on, I can?t believe there?s no managers or someone to let them know. It?s a drive-thru not a sitting down restaurant.
