Overall, this place was okay. The inside is nice and clean. The service was good, but the taste in the food was not good. The rice and beans are not authentic. I got the mojara and ask them to make it Al mojo de ajo and I didn’t taste any garlic at all… which cost extra for them to make it like that. And I had to add some salt and pepper to it to add some flavor. I got the coconut shrimp and that was a little burnt. It wasn’t bad, it did taste good… but it had a little burnt taste to it. The drinks were good. The mango margarita was good!

Our server, Sergio, was great. He made recommendations with the drinks, appetizers, and main courses. This was our first time there and it didn 't disappoint. My bf had a passion fruit Margherita, we tried the empenadas and sopas for appetizers. For main course we had the filet mignon with pasta noodles and I tried their chile rellenos. For dessert we had their church cake. So much food for a decent price and the atmosphere is cute and quaint. We went a little early for a Friday evening but we like it when it 's not packed. Thank you Sergio for the suggestions and the service. We will be back in the future. Just a side note: I read a few eh reviews that were from a year ago so as I stated this being our first time.... they did not disappoint and I hope more people try this place out.

Great atmosphere! Food was great, we started out with oysters, then the sushi plate was great! Staff and customers was friendly, a wonderful tribute to Frida Kahlo. Thank you ?Food: 5/5

One of the rudest waitresses I’ve seen in a while. The food was excellent though. If you can tolerate the service p, it’s definitely worth a try.
