Five Guys - Avon

I placed an online order for pick up, when I got there the fries weren't done yet, I had a wait a few which didn't bother me. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. When my order was complete, I left back to the office. I work 5 minutes from there by car, when I sat down to eat my fries were already soggy . I would have thought the half mile would not make a difference unless the fries needed to be fried longer.

I usually go to this Five Guys a couple times a month. I do pick up orders and place my order online or over the phone. My order is always ready quickly and given to me hot. Remember when picking up an order that you will be waiting a few extra minutes for fries, because they are made fresh just for you. I haven't experienced any mistakes with my order and my food is always delicious. Staff here is great every employee I've encountered, whether over the phone or when picking up my order, has served me with a positive attitude and a smile. Great spot.

This is for the guy at the counter on 7/20/2023 at around 5pm. He was wearing red I think.The gentleman at the cashier that took our order and made our food was absolutely unbelievable. He was such a warm and inviting person. He was the only one on the floor. There was a lady that came out later with a black shirt but this guy handled everything so professional. I will go back just because of this guy. He made our food great and took our order with speed and respect. So good to see people like this still exist in fast food. Please hire more people like him.
