Bob's Place - Avon

We went here because of the reviews, so I needed to add my own. The place doesn't look like much but the atmosphere and the staff are great! We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table but that wasn't bad for how busy it was. The management of this place needs to be praised with how well it operates with the amount of people. The staff was amazing and so friendly, helpful and always around if you needed something. The food was amazing! I was a little concerned with the large menu. Great all around and highly recommend! Will be the first stop when we return to the area

If you are in Avon Colorado near Vail, and are looking for some good food, stop in at Bob's place. They are open until midnight and have a great burgers and drinks, but breakfast the next morning was excellent! We had Avocado Guacamole Toast and Green Pork Chili Tamales with eggs on top. Both dishes were great!

Local favorite for some decent bar food and for a more busy atmosphere. Use their electronic menu and know what you want to order when your server finally gets a chance to serve you. Your food will typically come out quick once it's ordered. Play a game or two while your waiting. They have a parking pass if you have too much fun. Just ask your server.

Great burgers, as usual. Yummy sweet potato fries. The onion soup was only so so until I found a toothpick in it. I sent it back the waiter was highly apologetic and it was taken off the bill. Yes I will go back despite the toothpick.

I hadn't visited Bob's place in a while, but I was really pleased with our breakfast. The service was excellent and the ingredients were fresh. I definitely recommend this laid-back spot and plan to come back to try their lunch sometime.
