Bagel Cove Restaurant and Deli

If you want to be served, come with a party. We are a party of two. Twice we went to Bagel Cove and waited at least 20 minutes for some kind of acknowledgement from the wait staff that never materialized. Staff ignored our flagging them. Today,I went into the restaurant, which I observed was half empty, and asked for a menu in hopes that a staff member would appear. Wewould have order ready to be taken. When a party of 8 showed up, the staff magically instantly appeared. No one ever came. So,this is the second time we walked out of Bagel Cove in two consecutive weeks. So, don?t come here if you are hungry.

Excellent food, friendly and very accommodating service! I had the pumpernickel bagel with whitefish salad. I tried both their coleslaw and potato salad with two different pickles as the appetizer before receiving my bagel platter. I tried severalpastries and took three pastries home. I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the food and friendly helpfulstaff.

Thought it would be great to sit outside, nice day with a nice breeze. What seemed like homemade corned beef hash and not the typical canned dogfood was just OK, burnt and salty. The corned beef hash and the eggs were luke warm, potatoes were hot. Itcame with oatmeal or grits or potatoes , was never asked which I wanted, but as the inattentive waiter walked away I yelled potatoes with that . I was served a toasted cold sesame bagel after not being asked what kind I wanted, hate sesame bagels, butthe replacement plain bagel was at least hot. The nice day got interrupted by the loud diesel food delivery truck that parkednext to us leaving his engine running for the 15 minutes he unloaded, then the young impatient woman in the BMW had to blast herhorn in my ears as she felt the truck should have cut off the traffic flow to let her out of the parking lot faster instead ofhim properly not slamming into moving cars. The loud sirens of the firetruck going by at least I understood and accepted. Staffdropped food and ran, didn 't ask if we needed anything else, like a plain bagel, oh wait, I already said inattentive. Priceswere fine and when they took my money they actually said thank you for the 20% tip.

We went to Bagle Cove for a quick breakfast with the kids. We were very satisfied by the food and staff. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We ordered some pancakes and eggs and everything was great. The Bagle with cream cheese wasperfect. Definitely a nice place to consider for our next breakfast or lunch.

This was our family meeting for breakfast, and it was very poor. Our waitress had an attitude from the moment we sat down, maybe because only half of us were there. She very seldom came around, never offered me additional coffee, I had to ask(after 10 minutes of an empty cup) for a second cup and I never got a third cup. The food took forever to arrive, was semiwarm when it did and was not that good. If you want a good experience go somewhere else.
