Dunkin' - Avenel

I am typically very satisfied when I come to this restaurant, but my experience was disappointing this time. I asked for a hot coffee, but was charged for and given an iced coffee instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the server acknowledged the error and made me the correct order. However, I was not offered a refund for the price difference between the two drinks, nor was I given any compensation such as a simple munchkin. The staff were pleasant, but they lacked the professionalism and customer service ethics needed to retain a customer who was wronged. I hope the restaurant improves in this area in the future.

Great service, this guy in a Nike shirt handled my order perfectly. And this other kid who said This my first day here made my food perfectly. 10/10 IGN.

Service and products here have changed over the last year or so. I've been served stale food, given the wrong order, many of the menu items aren't available, I was just handed coffee again) with the lid not on securely, poured it all over my car.... I'mleaving this review so I remember to stop going here. I've been going here almost 20 years

This Dunkin' location is the worst I have ever visited. I have tried giving them multiple chances, knowing they are a busy spot, but they consistently run out of oat milk and various food items. They have also forgotten my order on several occasions, only realizing once I have already left. Each time I visit, I end up feeling frustrated and regretting my decision to stop by.

This Dunkin' location in town is one of the worst. They frequently run out of items, such as mayonnaise and ketchup packets, and their hours are inconsistent with what is posted on their website and outside the store. Despite claiming to be open until 10pm, they have been closed by 9:20pm on multiple occasions. Even when I arrived before closing time, they ignored me at the drive-thru and the doors were shut. This establishment needs either major improvements or a change in ownership. It is very disappointing that a well-known brand like Dunkin' Donuts is unable to meet basic standards. The Dunkin' Donuts corporate office should be made aware of these issues. Additionally, their "Open" sign misleadingly blinks all night, giving the false impression that they are open when they are actually closed.
