Rang Mahal - Aveiro

After traveling for weeks in Spain and Portugal, we were looking for a change in food and decided to try Indian food! We were very glad that we did. Excellent curries and very reasonable prices. We enjoyed talking with the owner at the end of our meal.

We ordered some curries, that tasted amazing! We are spicy food lovers and asked for some extra spice and the friendly staff brought us some very spicy peppers from Mexico. Amazing place to eat if you like Indian, the is optional :

Terrible. Almost all the dishes were made out of the same frozen mix of vegetables... We ordered lentils soup and we got the soup made of the same frozen veggies mix. I'm not picky, but it was uneatable. We had to ask them to change the price for veggie soup which was cheaper on the menu, because they still counted it as the more expensive lentils soup. They took our order wrong and didn't bring everything we asked for. Which actually made us happy, because the food was just bad. Not to mention the fact that we had to wait for the food for super long time. They also counted us an additional garlic bread which we hadn't ordered at all. Sorry to say, but it was the worst experience ever.
