Bidra med feedbackCame here on recommendation the landwife in the hotel where I was as it was pouring with rain and I did not want to go to the city where I usually eat. it was really a pleasant “light feeling” place. I ordered what. I meant to be her special. it consists of 3 whole kidneys, lardons, excellent geese leber pate, kiefernüsse and a bit salat, wonderful! for the porn I had escaped with raves, swarms, papagei, red cabbage, flower cabbage and brokkoli, but no carrots or carrots (other and a large rich wine sauce. beautiful bottle wein! this place does not try to be old-fashioned, it simply never modernized! be aware that as a traditional restaurant one of its home specialties is cheval (horse meat not every cup tee. a great place to come if they want to be adventurous, but do not lose weight.
Pleasant setting, the cook working in open kitchen is nice, I was able to discover the flavor of the vegetables of our ancestors which and very well but especially very good. I recommend it without a problem.
Very good reception, very good cuisine with fresh products and in the search for old flavors: diversity and quality of the vegetables of old times a good surprise
I confirm the previous notice: the new owner has kept the same card but nothing to have in the realization: as a leafy vegetable, a simple sheet of badly cooked brig stuffed with accompanying vegetables simply bleached.... the main dish also lacks flavor.
A restaurant that has changed ownership but has kept the promising concepts of old vegetables. Too bad for us because despite our 1h30 break (noon) the 1st dish arrived at the end of an hour waiting! (3 people in the kitchen for 8 customers) about old vegetables, I discovered uncooked veggies (although waiting) and totally insipid. As for the kidneys, they went back to the plate because badly prepared (and it didn't worry anyone) very disappointed
