Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I love Zaxby’s! It’s the best chicken-themed fast food restaurant ever. The chicken tenders, signature chicken sandwiches, fries, toast, and selection of drinks are fantastic though it’s a shame all the cool detail in the restaurant like the pictures and other detail all got removed. Regardless, Zaxby’s is the real deal when it comes to chicken fast food restaurants. It blows KFC and Chick-Fil-A out of the water!

Customer service was non existent. Forgot stuff on order. Waited over 10 minutes for my food that was sitting in the window. Employees were confused and acted like they did not care about the people in the lobby, was only worried about door dash and online orders. Will not recommend.

Although I like Zaxby's, I refuse to dine with this or any other location that wishes to charge extra fees after getting your food. If I've spent $30 on food, certain things should be provided freely. I'll take my money elsewhere. I hate HIDDEN fees...it's not the money, it's the principle!

Every time i ask for traditional wings, they repeat back boneless. i told them 5 times i wanted traditional, the server even repeated back traditional this time, but i still got boneless. no one listens.
