Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This Prattville location tonight on 10/15/23 the rudest kid we ever dealt with we were shorted some zaxbys and ranch sauces so were also waiting on our drink this is after getting our food and we can’t leave until we get the extra sauces we paid for actually. we have to remind him everytime he comes back so Instead of bringing it all at once he makes 3 separate trips back and forth from the drive through window to wherever. after the third time we asked for our ranch he literally says something smart and closes the window on us. Never comes back. so we left. if he hates his job he needs to not be in customer service nor at the window. we paid the price for his lack of training/people skills and I hope this gets addressed this place isn’t cheap when feeding a lot of mouths. I would rather drive to millbrook zazbys before coming back here

I order 60 wings a when I picked them up they was cold. Was like they came out the fridge. Want order any more from prattville

Very bad service, the manager of this place is very rude, we ordered chicken wings with bones and they gave us boneless ones, we asked her to change them and she spoke very badly to us and told us that she was going to return our money but on my statement It seems like she got paid and not as a return of money, we told her and she responded very badly to us. I don't think it's legal to be in that position.

I love Zaxby’s! It’s the best chicken-themed fast food restaurant ever. The chicken tenders, signature chicken sandwiches, fries, toast, and selection of drinks are fantastic though it’s a shame all the cool detail in the restaurant like the pictures and other detail all got removed. Regardless, Zaxby’s is the real deal when it comes to chicken fast food restaurants. It blows KFC and Chick-Fil-A out of the water!
