Krystal - Autauga County

I haven't been to this Ye place in a while.Decided to stop in for breakfast and get me a Krystal sunriser. I ordered seven crystal sunrises. Also order a small hash brown. The total came to $20. They had me wait for the sandwiches. I waited a good eight minutes and when they brought the sandwich to the car it was hot but it wasn't worth that I'm out of money. They change the way the sandwich used to the meat is more bigger and the bread. They are wrapped now and not in a box and didn't taste the same. I think I'm done eating them now.

Doesn't matter if you order online, you still want get your food on time. The cooks and cashier will touch your food with their bare hands to put it in the boxes right in front of the managers. The cook dropped a box on the floor and picked it up put a Krystal in it, and sent it on out the window. Guess that's the special sauce? The krystals taste the same as long as they remember the musterd, but half the time they don't.

It took an hour to get my food and it was cold if I wanted cold food I could have went right across the street and gotten it from Walmart absolutely

I am a gm at a fast food service and I went to your store on January 17 and got there at 8pm there was nobody in line inside nor out and I ordered my food took us 30 minutes to get it but your employees were sitting in the lobby eating I see why this Krystal does no business at night becuase the service is awful and the Manger needs to clear out this shift and I'd rather get food at the montgomery than come back here there was also no tea 4 hours before closing but this is not the first time it's been lime this happens all the time but I won't be back

We went through the Prattville Krystal drive through on the way to the beach on December 28th. It took forever but we patiently waited. We ordered 6 Krystal’s, 6 Chics, two drinks and fries which we thought was a combo and according to your drive through signage, around $20. Shocking that the man in the window was going to charge us $44. We explained the signage did not reflect that, he argued with us and we drove off. We felt like we’d been punked!
