Bidra med feedbackI love this neighborhood Wendy's that is close to our home. Kids also love it when dropping them off after school to grab a quick meal and hang out with her friends. The interior has been recently updated and it looks amazing!. The service and the food were a lot better than I expected and we will be back soon!
First things first, they are super fast and always get my order perfect. They are friendly and seem to actually enjoy working together (if you've worked in food service then you know how rare that can be). The staff are exceptionally kind to customers and one another. I've witnessed them calmly help out a coworker who couldn't figure out the POS system and explain the menu options without rushing a customer. One night I was having a terrible time and I stopped by on my way home. One of the workers noticed my demeanor and took the time to talk with me and just make me feel seen. It was honestly one of the kindest moments I've experienced during the pandemic. This staff is top notch and they absolutely deserve some recognition for it.
Maria is an absolute angel!!!! I love getting to see her and talk to her every morning. Not only does she keep the line moving quickly, she is so kind and makes everyone feel valued as a customer. It makes my entire day getting to see her!! She’s the best Wendy’s employee EVER.
Great deal meal made fresh and tasty! If you are on a budget but want tasty fast food, Wendy's is your place. Excellent service with a smile and hot tasty burgers and nuggets at a great price.
The only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because of Johnathan. He's beyond a great employee. I hope everybody that works for me will be as great of an asset to my company as he is to Wendy's. My fiance and I have had so many awful experiences here that many nights we chose other place to eat because of the service and I feel like one more might have made us give up on this Wendy's forever. But last Night we went there 5 mins before closing. We told him about our experiences there before and he took it upon himself to buy us frostys. I saw the receipt for myself he actually paid for it himself. Also he impressed us with his wonderful outlook on customers and how he understands that it's customers that pay his bills not Wendy's itself. Without customers every business and it's employees are doomed for failure. Thanks again Johnathan! Keep it up Wendy's is lucky to have you!
