Although the exterior of the building appears small and unassuming, it can accommodate a surprisingly large crowd. The low ceilings give the place an electric vibe, amplifying the distortion and reverb to make you feel the music in your bones. A food truck is typically parked out front, so you can grab a bite to eat between sets. Plus, thanks to its location, you can often find free street parking nearby.

This is a true dive bar, a slice of old-school Austin. There’s no pretentiousness or fuss here—just a down-to-earth place run by genuinely nice owners. It's one of the best venues for heavier music in central Texas, too.

Feels like an old Austin dive bar. Nice crowd, and friendly bartenders.Vegetarian options: Food at the veggie truck was ok. Cheese tasted like squeeze cheese. “Meat” was over-marinated.

AC BLOWS COLD, YALL! But in all seriousness, this modest dive bar is a pillar of the community—punk, metal, and motorcycle. Not to mention the staff offer arguably the best and friendliest service in the city and the owner is an absolute sweetheart <3
