Bidra med feedbackAmazing evening with exceptional food, service (Steven Van Pelt and great atmosphere/view. Not cheap by any means, but worth every penny.
I 'm going to have to come back to write a novel for this establishment. But until then, know this: You ain 't been to Austin, til ' you 've ate at Steiner.
Lovely atmosphere and great service. The sides were excellent. But, one goes to a steakhouse for a great steak and this was a huge disappointment. My filet was marginal. Since it was 7 ounces, it was okay in the middle, but otherwise overcooked. The steaks are broiled, so lacked flavor. My husband's ribeye was very tough- most went home to the dogs. This is a beautiful location, but after 2 disappointing steak experiences on separate visits, if I return, I will not order steak : .
We go to Steiner Ranch every year for our Anniversary. I always save room so I can get the bread pudding for dessert. Yesterday I wasn’t feeling well so I decided to take the bread pudding to go. When we got home there were three rolls in the container instead of the dessert. What a downer after a great night not to mention those were some expensive rolls we paid for!! Service: Dine in
Best steak ever! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Recommended dishes: Creme Brulee, Pepper Steak
