Panda Express - Austin

The staff are nice and the food was great! but the reason why I'm only 1star is because I ordered on the app for 12pm so that I can pick it up (I ordered this time so in time until I get it?s 12:10pm much time for them to get it done) tell me why it will get them to 12:25pm to get it done. I thought the purpose of online ordering is to start it and get ready to get after desired time. and if the customer decides to pick it later than it specified?s her fault not the employees, but this is only ludicrous, took it 15min to prepare the just super vicissies? fit on you. I came later than expected, so I assumed that I could just pick it up, but they didn't even start it until 5min after my arrival! I am horrified by the time management, where is it? they need their priorities directly, who has ordered people online already paid and the people there, right?t.

Orange chicken is my favourite. It tastes really good and also this restaurant offers wide variety of sides like honey chicken, kung pah chicken. I tried all of them and its really great. Prices are reasonable and completely worth it. Must try place for an economical price meal with a great taste and portion size.

Bless Judith at this location. Poor girl was working basically by herself during the lunch rush. None of her coworkers even tried to help her out. She was putting together all the instore and online orders. Handing out pick up orders, putting out fresh food, all with a great attitude and being so sweet and polite. She needs a raise and some serious recognition. They were out of the dishes I wanted, but I get it. Seems like they only have Judith working and she can't do everything by herself.

I love Panda Express, but we have a problem Houston! Your employees should wear gloves when they are serving food. Here is the lady Judth but company must educate these young people over here. They are touching every where and our food!

Exellent service, building is really nice. Lots of food for the price, pretty good quality. Big fan of the honey walnut shrimp. As usual, the orange chicken is a must. Glad it opened up here.
