The kitchen was closed but the restaurant in the lobby had food we could bring and the cocktails were amazing

The view was spectacular. Will definitely be coming here again

Very nice view and ambience! The frozen sungria was delicious. Food was just okay and very small portions for expensive prices

We gave Otopia a poor rating because the service was bad. it was not very crowded and we had been seated for minutes before we even got a cocktail. Waitress did not even ask us if we wanted anything to eat which we did but since the service was poor we left. We were very disappointed as this was our time to visit. however I must say that the waitress did offer us a second round of cocktails on the house because it took so long to get the first round. That was nice
