Mayfield Dairy Queen - Austin

Great job. Whoever was working the night of 10/26/2023 at 10:30PM provided great service. They provided my group excellent service by being attentive, friendly, and walking up to us to give our food to us. We came after House of Torment, and their service was a great way to end the night.

I lovet its a good time to get my own things to get more people to work on them because I have no idea how many people will need help you out with you guys too soon for you

Food is great when they give you what you ordered. If you expect Jocelyn to lack items as they do not place what you have actually ordered. The man before me had missed a whole blizzard while I didn't get pecans. Something very small for me, but they wanted to calculate .07 I would not have paid a problem if I originally ordered, but ask me to calculate my card for a few pennies is ridiculous.

Love DQ soft serve and generally think Mayfield runs a solid franchise, however, pretty disappointed that the majority of locations no longer have twist cones (chocolate and vanilla swirl). Twist is the best!
