Our waitress, Melissa, was so sweet and kind this morning. She answered my questions with a smile, and went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect! What a great start to the day!

I tried ordering online, and even though my card information was correct and my bank accepted the charge, the website told me it did not go through for invalid CVV code. After this happened twice, and I had 2 pending charges, I tried a different card and the SAME thing happened. So instead I call to place my order, and the woman who answered the phone kept saying she could not hear me, despite me speaking normally and me never having issues with my phone and on phone calls. She only understood me when I was literally screaming into the phone. It was so embarrassing having to place the order like this, because I’m pretty sure I woke my neighbors up, but any time I tried speaking in a normal voice she just went “huh? What? Can you speak up?” I’ve never had this issue before, so I know it wasn’t my phone. The person answering the phone should be able to take an order from someone speaking at a normal volume. Then she didn’t even get my name right because she couldn’t hear. None of that would have been an issue if the website work. I still have 3 pending charges I am waiting to drop off.

Service, store cleanliness, coffee, was great! Waitress was attentive to refills or other needs.4 star is because food could be better.

We went to IHOP yesterday and we noticed women with limp she needed to rest. They should need to put more new workers there too. Food was awesome and milkshake too. I'll go there again

Do yourself a favor and skip online orders. They offer curbside as an option for pickup, but won't ever come out to bring it to you. If you call, nobody picks up the phone. Once I had given up and gone inside to get my order myself, nobody was standing at the front desk just a crowd of people waiting to sign up for the wait list. After another 20 mins or so, I was finally able to grab a waitress who pointed me to my bag sitting behind the counter. Entire breakfast was already cold missing my beverages and completely botched the pancakes I had ordered for a different type entirely. Credit where it's due, corporate refunded my order after the fact, but wow, I won't be going back here.
