Bidra med feedbackNut allergy friendly, still just let them know.Parking here is awful (have to pay to be in the garage) so I wouldn't go out of my way to find this place.I'm not a huge fan of Gong Cha and this location is no exception. The oolong milk tea has very little tea flavor. The sweetness is alright at 30%. The boba texture was a bit too stiff and doesn't really have any flavor.
They really need to stop shutting down randomly and not informing their customers. Hint: it takes way less effort to update your hours on Google than it does to print and display an absolutely useless sign informing customers that you are closed after they’ve driven there, parked and walked in. It’s not the first time it’s happened either. It was disappointing for my wife and irritating for me.
The service was quick and friendly. I had the matcha latte with 70% sweetness and it tasted great with the perfect level of sweetness. My girlfriend ordered the dirty brown sugar milk tea with boba and she loved it. There's a large space with plenty of seats to wait at for your drink. The setting is overall great for getting some good drinks and studying.
Great tasting tea and all the slush we ordered were really good (strawberry, mango and peach). Service is what I would expect in food courts. Decent parking during the summer when school is not in session. White pearls were better than standard pearls.
I'm a very frequent customer here. The drinks are usually out pretty quick, and it's honestly kind of addicting. Prices could be better, but again, I'm an addict, so I'm willing to pay.Parking: I'd say take the bus or bike if you can. There are some free spots at UT, but these fill up quickly and are usually reserved. Paid parking is available, but you'd probably have to be doing something else in the area to justify paying for it.Kid-friendliness: Lots of sweet flavours and some caffeine free options for kids, and they will definitely enjoy the drinks here.
