Fazoli's - Austin

I love Fazoli's! This location is always good, clean and great service. The prices are fair and the breadsticks are always buttery, warm and delicious. My only complaint is there is not one closer to me. This location is an hour and a half drive from my house and it is the closest one to me. We ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a chicken basil pesto dish that was gluten free. Fazoli's does not disappoint.

I recently witnessed an employee at this restaurant handling food without washing their hands. I recorded the incident and brought it to the attention of the manager, who refused to provide their name and company number. This lack of hygiene is concerning, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would not recommend eating here, as it appears that proper sanitation practices are not being followed.

I often went to Fazoli when I worked for Walmart. Today her last day was open as she retired. I'll miss Beth, the owner and wish her well. You still own the ones I'm Ssm Marcos and have to lie down there sometime to eat and say hello. You're great.

My mother and I were in town and decided to eat a bite before we meet the road again... they and I have very different food restrictions and they were able to meet everything we asked of them and did it with a SMILE! Breadsticks No butter no problem, salad without cheese or pumpkin, extra tomatoes no problem, gluten-free pasta options, say no more, done. I felt like we had a VIP pass this day! I would drive the hour in a way, just to go back to this special Fazolis. I would have got the name of the young man and the young lady who helped us, but not. Who, they deserve an increase or some kind of recognition for going beyond and beyond!!!!!

This Fazolis is a favorite place of mine to eat and proof of what an establishment with good management is capable of. My food here has NEVER been disappointing and the customer service is always first class. Even though its semi fast food if they served wine I wouldn't be ashamed to call it a low budget authentic Italian restaurant.
