Bidra med feedbackIf I could rate this a zero I surely would. I have never had issues with this location besides a missing fry before. But tonight definitely will be one to remember.I pulled into the drive-thru and not even with a friendly tone was instantly met with NAME . Took me aback some since I 'm used to at least a welcome or something. But the snarky short attitude tone was all I received. I requested a second at least to look at the menu and she didn 't hear me and again got the WHAT . Like.....I almost drove off it was just flat out rude. I repeated myself and guessing she didn 't realize she was still pressing the button when I heard her comment something along the lines of whatever stupid... I immediately let her know I could hear her and she began apologizing from being caught. I requested a manager and asked to at least be apologized to in person because that 's unacceptable completely. Don 't work in customer service if you 're going to hate the people who come to you to enjoy a good meal. Instead I was served straight attitude. Disgusting behavior. I hope the owner trains his people better. Because this is not up to the normal Chik-fil-a ambiance. Rather take the 20 minute drive to bee caves now.

Speaking as a customer, It never ceases to blow my just how incredibly slow this location is. The drive through with 2 or 3 cars ahead i have been in line for 10-15 min before. You guys have been open for some time now, i understand working out the kinks as a new store but come on now. I Dash for you guys regularly and every single time I wait in my car for five minutes because I know when I go in I 'll still have to likely wait some more. And the location in Bee Cave is literally four times as busy as you guys but they still manage to have my order ready within five minutes , and if they see me waiting for five minutes that I am usually approached by one of their employees to ask about my order. You guys on the other hand, never address the door dasher, you don 't say hi will be right with you. Three times today I was there in the first order. I patiently waited. Five minutes later I went up to the desk by the rack for orders and was trying so difficult to get someone 's attention to ask them about my order. At this point, there 's plenty of employees walking by and there 's no line at the front. I see the manager and another person chitchatting while I 'm clearly trying to get some help. I finally went up to the manager and asked her about my order. To which she replies oh yes, that order was picked up 20 minutes ago. It was a high-paying order so I waited, but this could have been avoided if ANY of your employees with simply ask who are you waiting for? .Second visit went essentially the same except these orders, finally came out, but still no employee after waiting so long address my presence .On my third visit for dinner time, I was waiting for a while, went to the bathroom, came back and waited some more, and this is while your corporate heads were visiting , so this time, I finally got an employee after a while to walk to each of us and ask who we are waiting on. However, this never happens when corporate isn 't there.For a company who prides themselves in customer service, you guys have to be the worst Chick-fil-A in Texas.All that it takes to buy some time and keep the Dasher patient is to at least acknowledge them, and say hi, will be right with you . And the most magical part about this is that it takes no time at all, and any employee can do this in one second with just a little awareness.It also sucks that my one star review and all the other negative reviews don 't have any managerial responses apologizing for the negative experience or perhaps, addressing the problem and trying to correct it. This isn 't my first negative review with you guys either. On the contrary, 99% of the time at bee caves, I have exceptional service, even with the madhouse that they are at all times. In fact, after posting this review, I 'm going to post just how amazing the Bee Cave location is. I really hope you guys figure this out because I live close to you guys and I like Chick-fil-A as a company because of not only the food, but the service as well but you guys need quite the facelift to get things right.
Started to drop off at incorrect address but texted me to find correct location. Thank you for doing that.
Closed before listed time. Came by 3min before close. Automated audio said it was closed. No one answered the menu board.
