Bidra med feedbackBJ gets it right every time. For a disc of low plate quality. It is as expected: Delicious with good service. Hostess sat near jabbering 2 years old. After I asked, she moved us to a quieter adult area. The pizza was the classic combo. Sausage, peperoni and mushrooms. ratio of cheese to sauce toppings was perfect. Soft, crispy, buttery crust. Now for the beer: I had an Irish red ale that was so smooth and full-bodied. Excellent! So often the beer at Braupub's restaurant is a reflection. BJS has it right!
Great place. Food was very good. Huge menu. Try the Ahi Poke appetizer. Yum. Topped off with the fish chips. Server Shelby was courteous, knowledgable, and attentive. Was my first visit and will certainly not be my last.
Their brews were mediocre (I tried the blonde, red and porter). The food was great though. The deep dish pizza was good (not spectacular, but still very good). Where this restaurant surprised me (being that is a chain) is with the avocado egg rolls. They were fried just the right amount and were served with a lightly sweet and tangy dipping sauce (it had a honey taste to it).
Fantastical!! The deep dish pizza is worth driving 45 minutes for!! Highly Recommend it!!
Awesome Pizza. I know this place is more famous for it's brew, but I'm not a drinker. I'm an eater! So we tried one of their deep dish pizza's called the BJ's Favorite. It has everything, oven-baked meatballs, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, white onions and seasoned tomatoes. I love deep dish pizzas and this ranks with the best. The combination of meats with vegetables is just right, and has so much flavor. The crust is soft, but has a great texture to it. This is one filling pizza! The service was great from start to finish, and the atmosphere was great. The place has the feel of an upscale sports bar, but is not out of control with the TV's. Looking forward to dining there again.
