Bamboo Bistro Westgate - Austin

Had a negative experience because my meal had accidentally chicken pieces. the restaurant has refunded my meal, but I have no plans to go back.

Love this place! It’s an excellent value and the food is really delicious. I highly recommend it.

The sauce was gelatinous and nasty. The crab rangoons were burnt.

Moved into a new place and my car died, had to order take out while car was in shop. I specifically asked for napkins and silverware in the order instructions. Spent $50 on a delivery of two bad entrees(even by Panda Express standards... It was literally worse than PE). Meat was tough as shoe leather, and the brown sauces had very little spice or flavor. ...and I got to eat my gross, overpriced lo mein with my fingers because they didn't bother to include the silverware I asked for. 1/10 will never go back. Total rip off.

Small plates, way too expensive food wasn't the best. They charged me $2.50 for a can of soda.
