White Castle - Aurora

This restaurant experience was the slowest I have ever encountered. After placing my order, I waited 10 minutes just at the window, and then it took another 10 minutes to receive my food. They didn't provide enough fries, and they also forgot three cheeseburgers and two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. I tried to call the restaurant twice but couldn't get through. I would advise caution before coming here!

Honestly, it's a great place. I arrived a bit early and placed an order ahead of time, and they had it ready in about 5 minutes. They are clearly busy, being the only spot around, but they still do their best. If you're patient and friendly, you'll have a wonderful experience there.

If you're okay with waiting 20 minutes just to place your order and then another 20 minutes to get your food, then this is the place for you. The service is lacking, and the wait time is excessively long for what you receive. I love White Castle, but this location consistently disappoints with its service and urgency.

Had never had a good experience here. all reviews complaining about waiting times are absolutely true. there was a time when I approached the intercom on the drive through the window, and was waiting with please to wait a minute after I had asked how much longer I needed after a minute, and 5 additional minutes (without answer) wait, became clear that I was better off finding a meal elsewhere. add a (at least) additional 25 minutes to their meal time estimated.

Waited a good half hour for our order, but was worth it. Burgers were fresh and hot. First time ordering here and having White Castle since the longest.
