Bidra med feedbackThe motivation to prepare to the food doesn't seem to be there. The last couple times I've ordered anything with beef, the meat seems to be at a bare minimum. I'm talking about more grease the meat. Ive tried calling the store and no one has ever answered the phone.They also seem to always close early due to low stock, or thier frier is down, or no one will answer the kiosk. I would much rather drive to a different Taco Bell a few blocks away.
Slow service, but I wanted to shout out the man working the drive-through tonight (Aug 10th, 8:35pm). Didn’t catch his name, but he had long dreads. The line was moving really slowly and I’m sure the workers were stressed, but I appreciate that he was still polite and seemed unphased. Hope their night got better.
Waited almost 30 minutes to get my food. I was literally able to watch an entire episode of a show I’m watching on Netflix in my car. I ordered my food. They got the order completely wrong. The food we did receive, was completely cold, the tortilla, beef everything. We literally wasted all of our entire money
Saturday 8/13, we spent 28 minutes in the drive thru. Both of our orders were completely wrong, despite the screen being correct.The temperature was the biggest issue. Ice cold food. This is not even an exaggeration. The 2 regular hardshell tacos (it was supposed to be 3 Supreme hardshell, but they boofed that) were cold to the touch. Even the meat was cold, and the hard shells themselves were soft and extremely pliable, like rubber.They pulled my food out of the fridge, no doubt about it. It was an old order that they passed on to me.I contacted corporate and it was made pretty clear that I'm out $23, but at least they're sorry I didn't enjoy my wrongly prepared, ice cold meal.I love taco bell, but the total lack of accountability and indifference of this particular restaurant and the company as a whole has me wanting to spend my dollars elsewhere.TLDR...ice cold tacos are gross and so is this taco bell.
This location is really just okay. Be ready to wait longer than you'll want to, whether in the drive thru or inside the restaurant, for what is always just okay food.If I had a recommendation for management, it would be to get more efficient on the food prep. It just takes too long to get your food at Taco Bell, and this location it's more of the same.
