Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Surprisingly, there was no wait. That should've been a clue as to how this place operates... we were seated and told our server would be right with us. 15 minutes later, she arrives and asks for our drink order. We give her that along with the food order.This place is not busy, mind you. About 10 minutes later, our cold appetizers come out along with the freezing bottomless fries.The food was mediocre, the experience sucked, and the staff either needed more training or more help.

Service was good, but they were busy. I only wish that they had more of a selection on the menu. But what they did have was good. I'd give them an all around score of 5 out of 10. If the menu had more of a selection, I would have given them a 10. Iwould and will go back.

This Red Robin seems to be getting worse every year. My family and I have been coming here for several years, and our recent experience was by far the worst experience. The waitress never checked on us, and we had to flag people down to get any service.I do not recommend going here with kids. BUT If you have a Red Robin craving, I recommend the one in Parker. That one had beenpretty solid.

We came in for the $10 special and my free birthday burger. Well, burgers were great other than the typical stale buns. Service was great, got hot fries before our burgers and the pretzels too. Burgers had great flavor with a char broiled flavor. My onlycomplaint....... you quit using the rewards cards and because the server could get my phone number to work I didn't get my freebirthday burger. She told me to go home and put my phone number in the system. I got home and checked it out and my phone numberus listed. Thank goodness we had enough to pay for 2 meals since we planned on one free meal. Don't like your new program.Prefer the rewards card. Not my fault my phone number wouldn't pull up. We're both retired so we have to be selective when weget to eat out.

Service and food were horrible. Waited 15 mins till someone came over to take our order and get us our drinks. We ordered the pretzel bites and the pretzels came out burnt and the cheese had a thick hard crusted layer on top like it was sitting under aheated lap for a extensive amount of time. Asked waited to takoverall pretzels back. Both my spouse and I ordered $15 burgers.Not $15 worthy. We both asked for medium rare, they came out like a hockey puck and the buns were extremely dry. Overallhorrible. Server had an attitude of hating their job and acted like we were a nuisance to them for being there.
