Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Aurora

I ordered online, and I ordered a large mac and cheese and they made it small, my fries and biscuit were cold. I tried calling back asking for a refund and they refuse to answer.

The food is good at this restaurant. I am very displeased with the customer service the employees provide. They are rude and fail to recognize when they have made a mistake--no apologies. They are not kind.

The music was blaring in a foreign language and the staff was more concerned about singing and dancing to the music then taking my order. Felt disrespected.The tables were not very clean and sanitized.Parking: Big steel containers in parking lot

I waited 20 min for my order just for me to come back through the drive through again and then they told me that they forget about my order.

I was just there-came home with my food, and it’s cold. I tried calling the location where I was just at….which was Fox Valley mall, no answer-I called twice and not only did no one answer, I can’t leave a message. This is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this location at all. It was not worth the $28.00+ I spent especially since I had to heat it up after just purchasing it.I will be reporting this issue to the Better business bureau!
