Jersey Mike's Subs - Aurora

Placed an online order for a ?wrap? but received what appeared to be a sad misshapen burrito instead. The food quality at this location is definitely on the decline.

Food quality is up to par but there is a complete lack of care or a quality in the customer service. Person at the counter obviously didn't listen to my order being they left off one of the meats I had asked for. Met with an eye roll from a blonde haired woman whom I assume was the shift lead because she was sure to chime in that I would be charged for the meat. Then I realize my sandwich doesn't have bacon on it which is part of the menu description. Was told that there was bacon on my sandwich by another employee who then had me deconstruct my food in front of her to prove that she did not in fact put bacon on my sandwich. Getting lunch should NEVER be so frustrating. It's sandwiches, get it together or find another business venture.

The service is consistently excellent whenever I drop by for a freshly made sandwich. They are always delicious as well!

I ordered drinks but never received them. The chips were stale as well. I'm really disappointed about wasting my $30 on lunch.

Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite restaurant chains, but this particular location is the worst. They frequently get orders wrong and they shut down the grill 30 minutes early.
