Fazoli's - Aurora

I've been to this location many times and not had any issues with the food or service. The reason for the low rating is due to staff eating their meals in the same area as the customers with their phone volume loud enough it fills the entire area. Completely disrespect to everyone who are trying to enjoy their meal.

I love this place the food is Delacious and is served in a timely fashion and customer service is better than exceptional

I just ordered through drive through had the BEST service from Deja. She was kind, helpful, genuine. I never leave reviews but Deja’s customer service is really worthy of a review.

Ordered a chicken fettuccine Alfredo but it didn’t come with chicken. Food was good otherwise
