Chipotle Mexican Grill - Aurora

The Chipotle at this location is convenient, but consistently makes mistakes with my orders when I order at the door or through delivery services. It can be very frustrating. Recently, I placed an order through DoorDash and found that pico de gallo was not an option on the menu. I called the restaurant and was told that they would add it on the side since my order was already prepared. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, it was not ready and the pico de gallo was missing. Despite calling the restaurant multiple times, they refused to answer the phone.

The service was prompt and everything was served on time. The food was average, but the presentation was awful. I have never seen such messy tacos or quesadillas from Chipotle before.

The restaurant is supposed to be open until 10 o'clock, but they often close early without any warning. I would recommend going to Qdoba instead.

One of the first orders of the day and that is what I see for $25.00?-burrito and bowl looks like we were thrown into pocket.-portion size is literally less than half the normal portion size.

The most lazy employees i think ive ever seen, giving the tiniest amount if ingredients. Burrito was literally falling apart in my hands. Had to ask to have the burrito rewrapped and was met with extreme attitude. Definitely save your money and go elsewhere for your chipotle cravings. Not worth the hassle what so ever
