Arby's - Aurora

The order taker Julie, was very rude and rather than handing me my bagged order, she tosses it on the counter, if that’s the type of service that person is getting away with then I definitely will not give that location my business ever again!

The beef and cheddar sandwich was really dry. The bun was to big and there was barely any cheddar sauce on it. So it tasted unpleasant. Really disappointed.

Market fresh sandwich would have used more care, but overall fast and tasty eating.

Tonight my partner and I visited the arbys on arapaho and jordan at 9:20 o'clock, as our order would be taken another hired would interrupt the other conversation with us, call us and go to laugh, I called the load to the manager number and the alleged manager on the shift anthony refused to supply the correct phone numbers for the general / district manager to me I have eaten at this place for years and have never experienced anything so ridiculous and rude. I am adored and by God I hope there is a restitution to this situation.

It is a representative example of the restaurant chain of arby. excellent bratbeefsandwichse! one of my favorite stops for a quick lunch or dinner.
