Tim Hortons - Aurora

The best Tim Hortons in the area is located here. The staff are incredibly professional, quick, courteous, and friendly. Additionally, they are exceptionally skilled and professional. The coffee served here is fresher than anywhere else. I am truly grateful to all of you.

Avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs! Save yourself the trouble and find a different location. This particular Tim Hortons is the worst I have ever experienced, and the lady working at the window was incompetent, causing my iced capp to leak all over my car due to a hole in the cup. The employees here simply do not care. Stay away from this place!

Poor food handling just got the worst diarrhea after eating a farmer's breakfast wrap. Oh my God still on the toilet

I came in this morning to get my mother and I a coffee but I came on a bike I asked if I could get my coffees in a bag just like how it is on skip so they don't spill they said no they can't. I offered to pay extra and they said no I didn't realize doing something so little and simple for the customer can't be done thank you tims for looking out for their customers

Incapable of fulfilling a basic order. Order two bowls and they gave us the wrong ones. $25 for two incorrect bowls.
