I ordered the festive special and once again did not receive the chocolates or the 4 scratch cards. It seems like your staff may be keeping them for themselves. I will make sure to check before leaving next time, if I decide to give this place another chance. Be cautious!

Delivery is awful at this location. Late, missing items and cold more than once. Then they don't answer the phone and there is no way to get a hold of anyone to deal with it. Food is usually good.

Best Swiss chalet location. It is always a pleasure dining here, great service, Cindy is an amazing waitress, she deserves a promotion. The food is always outstanding, it’s exactly what you expect. I always get the ribs and it is the same every time. Delicious and tender. Will never stop coming here. Also love that cheesecake. The Swiss chalet desserts are dangerous
