Bidra med feedbackI ordered 2 cheesy breads and 1 box of plain wings for my daughter who had just been discharged from hospital and they delivered 2 boxes of plain wings. I called to inform them of their mistake. The woman who was the manager's assistant was very unpleasant and disrespectful. She put me on hold and hung up on my second call.If you can't deal with customers properly, change jobs. You guys are awful.
Pizza was ordered. Driver called to verify where to deliver it. Driver was not aware I was on the phone. I heard him make the comment. "Well they only gave a 3.00 tip. Now I 'm wondering does that mean, because of the amount of the tip the pizza may be sabotaged??? By the way the drivers name was Jeff. You all may want to watch your conversations in the restaurant or find another job.
Trevor was absolutely amazing during our time at Marcos. He was smiling, professional, and efficient. By far the best customer service I have experienced at a Marcos. We will return to this location

The past 3x 's I 've ordered pizza from the Fury 's Ferry Location, something that I paid for has been missing. The first time it was feta cheese, the last time we ordered the garlic dipping sauce and most recently (today) the feta cheese (again).This time, I decided to call, just hoping to notify them of my experience Trevor answered the phone and when I told him what happened he said there is definitely feta cheese on there, I put it on myself. I told him, that there was NOT any cheese on there and he was mistaken. He proceeded to argue with me, back and forth, for 4 minutes. I would say it wasn 't on here, he would disagree with me and claim that it was. I KNOW what feta cheese from Marcos looks like, I order it on almost every pizza both at work and home. Trevor even described what it looked like and I said I don 't see anything, maybe it 's under the mozzarella, to which he replied that it wasn 't.Rather than taking ANY accountability for the possibility that he could be wrong (I offered to drive the pizza down there for him to see personally, but he said that would be a waste of time because I put it on there and so I offered to send photos, but he wouldn 't tell me where to send) or for the previous experiences I mentioned at the beginning of the call he disrespectfully disagreed with me the entire time. Just WOW What an experience. We have been loyal customers for a long time and this most recent event has made me consider driving to a different location next time.
