If you visit often and usually order the same dishes, the staff will probably remember you and your preferences, which is a lovely perk. The employees are consistently friendly, and it's usually not very busy, so you won't have to wait long.

This restaurant is truly amazing! They are the only place that knows how to make my drink exactly the way I like it.

I can't recommend this restaurant. I felt really bad for one of the employees. There were 13 customers waiting for their orders, but only one person was making drinks while the other two just watched and processed payments. The bartender was visibly overwhelmed and ended up in tears, but the others didn't step in to help. When we finally got our drinks, none of them were what we had ordered. We ultimately decided to cut our losses and leave. The restaurant is definitely understaffed.

On a brighter note, the Peach Orchard Rd location is simply amazing! I only visit once a week when I have medical appointments in the area, but I always look forward to it. I've never had a disappointing drink from that location. Everything tastes noticeably fresher than at other locations, for some reason. And seriously, Dakota deserves a raise! She is truly exceptional!

I ordered my drink ahead of time, but the drive-thru line was quite lengthy. I decided to park and go inside, only to discover another long line since the dining area was closed. In the end, I had to get back in my car to wait in line again. They didn't have any longer straws, but they did provide me with a short one. I truly hope the inside is open tomorrow.
