Bidra med feedbackOn 1st september 2022 I went to the kroger on the washington road in evans, ga. I did not use the self-control. I have used a united healthcare 2022 otc healthy food benefit card to pay for my purchases. I just bought food. After the cashier was scanned my card, I was told that the card would not pay. I am a 69-year-old social security recipient who receives $877 per month. I didn't have the money to pay the balance. I informed the cashier I didn't have the money so I wouldn't be able to complete the transaction. I had no idea why there was a balance that had to be paid in cash. the transaction was still open on the screen, so I asked that the entire transaction was suspended and I would leave my entire purchase. the bank went to the service desk, then to a worker in the self-control area to talk to them. because behind me was a line, I went to the service desk, told them my situation and that I had to leave everything there. I then told the cashier and the other guy I left my ENTIRE purchase because I don't have any money. I didn't have a quit because the transaction was not completed. I went straight to my car, called customer service for united health care and explained the situation. the next day I saw that my $85 card was charged by kroger. I contacted united health care to correct the situation and they contacted kroger. kroger sent united health care a copy of a quitting in which I $85 and the $17 balance was entered as cash to close the transaction. my $85 credits were rejected. I can only assume that kroger has closed the transaction, the $17 cash loss to keep my $85. I'm on a firm come in and without the $85 on the Benefit card I've borrowed the last 27 days from my daughter, and live on peanut butter, banana, broth and milk. And I did this because kroger obviously needed my $85 worse than I.
Stop from behind. Originally came for Kroger Chef Junior program on Saturday! Then came back to Wienermobile on Sunday! I got my pipe! I'm official! We also made a small grocery store. Had a decent sale on products: avocados, strawberries and bananas. I saw a cake, but I left it in the store.
David the pharmacist was an absolute lifeguard. I had encountered a perfect storm, between refills of a recipe with very strict rules, while on the way to a long overdue holiday. David was able to unravel the knot of the guidelines on the filling of city prescriptions and had me back to the beach in less than 10 minutes. He was very helpful, really pleasant to treat, and also had great hair! If you ever need a friendly neighborhood pharmacist, look by and see David. You won't regret it.
I do like Krogers on Washington Road in Augusta. I do not like their new delivery service. I paid $59 for a year. Kroger's is now using instacart instead of their own people. I was supposed to get my groceries between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.. now I am being told I won't get my groceries till 4:15 p.m.. I'm still waiting to find out if I do even get it. we're talking about $80 worth of groceries. I did find out that instacart is short on employees. Think twice before signing up for Boost delivery program. I'm sorry that I did.
The lady at self check out was rude and doesn’t need to work with the public. She could not do her job this morning and stood there while i struggled to use the self check out. I’m new in the area and we did not have a Kroger. Their kroger brand spring water is twice as high as Food Lions spring water I have never had an employer tell me if i didn’t like the self checkout i should go stand in the long line n get them to do it this is exactly what she said to me when i called to report it the manager is just as offensive and is not at all manager quality You need to train your employees
