Bidra med feedbackI explained to the cashier that I couldn't complete the transaction without the necessary cash. Unsure about why there was a remaining balance, I requested to suspend the transaction and leave all my items in the cart. As there was a line behind me, I went over to the service desk to communicate my situation. I informed the staff that I had to abandon my entire purchase since I had no money to pay. Afterward, I hurried to my car and called United Healthcare's customer service to explain what had happened. The following day, I noticed that Kroger had charged my $85 benefit card. I reached out to United Healthcare to rectify the situation, and they contacted Kroger on my behalf. Kroger sent them a copy of the transaction showing that my $85 credit was rejected and that the $17 balance had been recorded as a cash payment to complete the transaction. It seems that Kroger may have closed the transaction, including the $17 cash loss, while keeping my $85. Now, I am struggling financially, relying on my daughter for support over the past 27 days, and subsisting on a limited diet of peanut butter, bananas, broth, and milk. It’s disheartening to think that Kroger prioritized retaining my $85 over my financial well-being.
I stopped by after my visit to the Kroger Chef Junior program on Saturday! I returned on Sunday for the Wienermobile event! I even got my official pipe! We also set up a small grocery store, which had some great sales on products like avocados, strawberries, and bananas. I spotted a cake there, but I decided to leave it behind.
David, the pharmacist, was a true lifesaver. I found myself in a tough situation, trying to get refills on a prescription with very strict regulations while preparing for a long-overdue vacation. David quickly navigated the complexities of city prescription rules and had me on my way to the beach in under 10 minutes. He was incredibly helpful, genuinely pleasant to talk to, and had fantastic hair! If you ever need a friendly neighborhood pharmacist, make sure to stop by and see David. You won't be disappointed.
I do like Krogers on Washington Road in Augusta. I do not like their new delivery service. I paid $59 for a year. Kroger's is now using instacart instead of their own people. I was supposed to get my groceries between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.. now I am being told I won't get my groceries till 4:15 p.m.. I'm still waiting to find out if I do even get it. we're talking about $80 worth of groceries. I did find out that instacart is short on employees. Think twice before signing up for Boost delivery program. I'm sorry that I did.
The lady at self check out was rude and doesn’t need to work with the public. She could not do her job this morning and stood there while i struggled to use the self check out. I’m new in the area and we did not have a Kroger. Their kroger brand spring water is twice as high as Food Lions spring water I have never had an employer tell me if i didn’t like the self checkout i should go stand in the long line n get them to do it this is exactly what she said to me when i called to report it the manager is just as offensive and is not at all manager quality You need to train your employees
